As Gaia and Humanity traverse these unique times in our history, and we enter the Holiday Season, many are feeling challenged physically, emotionally and spiritually in unprecedented ways. Our nervous systems have been on high alert and for many of us, our stress levels have had moments of truly skyrocketing. Its miraculous and so beautiful to witness how adaptable we all are, and how well we are managing these new changes and challenges. 

Seeing each other falling into a rhythm of peace and ease, harmony and presence, and seeing the inner transformation that is occurring in everyone as a magical side effect of this unexpected time of isolation and going inward, has truly given me renewed hope in humanity actually creating the beautiful new world that I have always known that we all are here to help birth.

At the same time, I have seen that there are moments when the current pressure boils over, and we absolutely need support and guidance immediately to clear out the collective fear and chaos from our auric fields, and reconnect with our own true soul essence, heart, guidance and truth… to realign with our SELF-- for this is where we connect with Spirit, God, the Divine….. And have the clarity, inspiration and grace to navigate these current times as the fully embodied Divine Human Beings that we are, with our unique gifts, strengths and truths that are our reason, our purpose, our mission and our passion for being in this world at this very monumental time in humanity’s history and evolution.

We all have a Divine Sacred Gift and Purpose, and when we are aligned with our own heart, soul and truth, we can live our life on point-- truly aligned, with who we are and why we are here.
